Şirketimiz İstanbul İli Ümraniye İlçesi, Finanskent Mahallesi 3328 Ada 12 Parselde kayıtlı iskanı alınmış kat mülkiyetine geçişi tamamlanmış  projede 35.686 M² brüt satış alanlı 36 adet ofis ve 2.210 M² brüt satış alanlı 12 adet dükkan nitelikli bağımsız bölümlerin satış ve kira değeri 2025 ilk yarıyıl değerleme raporu ektedir.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

The sales and rental value of 36 offices with a gross sales area of 35.686 M² and 12 shops with a gross sales area of 2.210 M² in the project, which has completed the transition to condominium ownership, registered in Istanbul Province Ümraniye District, Finanskent Neighborhood, Block 3328, Parcel 12, is attached to the valuation report for the first half of 2025.

It is respectfully announced to the public.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall prevail.
