Şirketimizin 03.06.2025 tarihli özel durum açıklamasında; borçlanma aracı ihraç tavanına ilişkin izin başvurusu kapsamında, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na ("SPK") ihraç belgesinin/ belgelerinin onaylanması talebiyle başvuru yapıldığı belirtilmişti. Söz konusu başvurunun SPK tarafından onaylandığı 03.07.2025 tarihli SPK Bülteninde duyurulmuştur. Söz konusu İhraç Belgesi ve eki ile birlikte Başvuru Formu ekte sunulmuştur.

In the public disclosure dated 03.06.2025, it was announced that our Company had applied to the Capital Markets Board ("CMB") for the approval of the issuance certificate(s) regarding  the debt instrument capital ceiling. In the CMB Bulletin dated 03.07.2025, it was announced that the aforementioned application was approved by CMB. The Issuance Certificate and its  annex together with the Application Form are in the attachment.
