Additional Explanations

In accordance with the Board of Directors' decision dated 06.05.2025 and numbered 2025/5 and the Profit Distribution Table, although our CMB financial statements for the accounting period 01.01.2024–31.12.2024 include a net profit of 157,356,000 TL (consolidated, parent company shares) due to a Period Loss according to the legal records for the same period, the Board of Directors' proposal not to distribute profit was submitted to the General Assembly for approval, and it was decided not to distribute profit by the positive vote of all participants.
