Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nun 399. maddesi ve Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu düzenlemeleri çerçevesinde, Şirketimizin 2025 yılı faaliyet dönemine ilişkin yıl sonu ve ara dönem finansal tablolarının bağımsız dış denetimini yapmak üzere PKF Aday Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş.'nin seçilmesine ilişkin 03.07.2025 tarihli genel kurul kararı 16.07.2025 tarihinde tescil edilmiş ve Türkiye Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi'nde yayınlanmıştır.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Pursuant to Article 399 of the Turkish Commercial Code and the regulations of the Capital Markets Board, the resolution adopted at the General Assembly meeting dated 03 July 2025 regarding the appointment of PKF Aday Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. as the independent external auditor of our Company for the year-end and interim financial statements pertaining to the 2025 fiscal year has been registered on 16 July 2025 and published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette.

This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
