İstanbul İli, Ataşehir İlçesi, Barbaros Mahallesi, 2195, 2196, 2197, 2198 ve 2199 adalarda yer alan parsellerde kain ve kayıtlı olan arsa mahiyetindeki taşınmazlar üzerinde, konut ve ticari alanların yer aldığı bir kentsel dönüşüm projesi geliştirilmesi amacıyla, Şirketimiz ile sözleşme imzalayan Kat Malikleri/Arsa Sahipleri'nin oranı % 91'e ulaşmıştır. Diğer kat malikleri/arsa sahipleri ile görüşmeler devam etmektedir.

The proportion of the Landowners who have signed an agreement with our Company for the development of an urban transformation project with residential and commercial areas on the immovable properties in the form of land, which are located and registered on the parcels located in Istanbul, Ataşehir District, Barbaros Neighborhood, Istanbul Province, on the names 2195, 2196, 2197, 2198 and 2199, has reached 91%. Negotiations with other condominium owners/landowners are ongoing.
