Şirketimizin 18 Temmuz 2025 tarihinde yapılan Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında Şirketimizin Esas Sözleşmesinin "Şirketin İşletme Konusu" ile ilgili 3.maddesinin SPK ve Ticaret Bakanlığı'ndan izin alındığı şekliyle tadil edilmesine karar verilmiştir.

Genel Kurulca onaylanan, SPK ve Ticaret Bakanlığı onaylı tadil tasarısı ekte yer almaktadır.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

At the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our Company held on 18 July 2025, it was resolved to amend Article 3 of the Articles of Association of our Company regarding the ‘Subject of Business of the Company' as approved by the CMB and the Ministry of Trade.

The draft amendment approved by the General Assembly and authorised by the CMB and the Ministry of Trade is attached hereto.
