Additional Explanations

At our Company's Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on 23.07.2025;

In line with the submitted proposal, it was determined that for the year 2024, there is a net loss for the period based on our consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code and the Capital Markets Board Communiqué No. II-14.1 "Communiqué on Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets", in compliance with the TMS/TFRS issued by the Public Oversight Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority (KGK) and the mandatory formats determined by the Capital Markets Board (CMB), as well as the financial statements prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Tax Procedure Law (V.U.K.).

Considering the aforementioned loss, and within the framework of the relevant legislation, our articles of association, and our profit distribution policy, it has been resolved not to distribute any dividends.
