It is decided by the resolution of board of directors of our Bank dated 23.07.2025 to authorize the Head Office to execute all necessary legal submissions and transactions in accordance with the regulations of the Capital Markets Board and other related legislation regarding issuance mortgage covered bonds (İpotek Teminatlı Menkul Kıymet) at abroad during the period of permission in issue document which will be obtained from the Capital Markets Board, in a single tranche or in multiple tranches, in various format, maturities, bearing fixed and/or floating interest rates to be determined according to the market conditions on the issuing date, up to 10.000.000.000 TL (or equivalent foreign currencies). In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
