DIVIDEND

The Board has also today declared a dividend of 55 pence per share taking dividends declared so far in 2025/26 to £1.40 per share (2024/25: £1.00). This is in line with the Company's dividend policy as set out in its Annual Report and Accounts. This will be paid on 3 October 2025 for shareholders on the register on 29 August 2025, with an ex-dividend date of 28 August 2025. The last date for elections for the dividend re-investment plan is 12 September 2025.
