Bure's share capital and number of shares on 31 May 2016

As per 31 May 2016 the total number of shares in Bure Equity AB (publ) amounts to 69,332,710. The share capital amounts to SEK 535,518,034.36.

At the beginning of the month the total number of shares in the company amounted to 70,833,710, of which Bure itself held 1,501,000 shares. The share capital amounted to SEK 535,518,034.36.

Pursuant to decision of the Annual General Meeting on 9 May 2016, Bure has cancelled the 1,501,000 repurchased shares through which the share capital has been reduced by SEK 11,347,881.81 through the cancellation of 1,501,000 shares. A bonus issue for SEK 11,347,881.81 was also carried out in order to restore the share capital. The share capital reduction and bonus issue were registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office on 31 May 2016.

This information constitutes the public disclosure of a change in the number of shares in accordance with Chapter 4, § 9, paragraph one, of the Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980).
