As a result of the announced change to the financial calendar in relation to the postponement of the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the half-yearly financial report, we hereby announce that the conference call for the presentation of the

Results as at 30 June 2025

will take place on Tuesday, 2 September, at 10:00 (CET) – 09.00 (UK)

Generalfinance will be represented by Massimo Gianolli, Chief Executive Officer Ugo Colombo, Chief Financial Officer

At the end of the presentation there will be a Q&A session.

It will be possible to join the call either by telephone or via webcast link.

A set of slides to support the presentation will be available by the same day, before the start of the conference call, on the home page of the company's website www.generalfinance.it, in the Financial reports and presentations section at the link https://investors.generalfinance.it/en/financial-reportsandpresentations/ as well as at the storage eMarket Storage. The conference will be held in Italian and in English.
