Purchase of shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)

LONDON, United Kingdom and TORONTO, Ontario, Canada 28 July 2025-    Alphawave IP Group plc (LSE: AWE, the "Company" or "Alphawave Semi").

This notification sets out details of the purchase of shares by certain PDMRs through their participation in the Company's Employee Share Purchase Plan. The shares were purchased using payroll contributions made by the following PDMRs during the preceding quarterly savings period (from April 2025 to June 2025) which ended on 30 June 2025.

1.   Rahul Mathur (Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer): 11,392 Ordinary Shares in the Company.

2.   Babak Samimi (SVP & GM, Connectivity Products): 9,148 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
