CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR YEAR 2025 AMENDMENT

Milan, 28 July 2025 - It is hereby announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Half-Yearly Financial Report as of June 30, 2025 has been postponed to September 1st, 2025.

An updated calendar of upcoming corporate events is published below.
