# **Publication Conformément aux Exigences de la Loi du 2 mai 2007**

25 juillet 2025 – Anheuser-Busch InBev (Euronext: ABI) (NYSE: BUD) (MEXBOL: ANB) (JSE:ANH) ("AB InBev") (« la Société ») annonce aujourd'hui, conformément à l'article 14, premier alinéa de la Loi du 2 mai 2007, qu'elle a reçu cinq notifications de transparence de BlackRock Inc. : une datée du 17 juillet 2025, une datée du 18 juillet 2025, une datée du 21 juillet 2025, une datée du 24 juillet 2025 et une datée du 25 juillet 2025, en vertu des articles 6 et 18 de la loi du 2 mai 2007.

Le pourcentage du total des droits de vote attachés aux actions détenus par BlackRock Inc. a d'abord franchi à la baisse le seuil de 3% le 16 juillet 2025, à la suite de cessions de titres avec droit de vote ou de droits de vote dans la Société. Ensuite le pourcentage du total des droits de vote attachés aux actions détenus par BlackRock Inc. a franchi à la hausse le seuil de 3% le 17 juillet 2025, à la suite d'acquisitions de titres avec droit de vote ou de droits de vote dans la Société. Le 18 juillet 2025, le pourcentage du total des droits de vote attachés aux actions détenus par BlackRock Inc. a franchi à nouveau à la baisse le seuil de 3%, à la suite de cessions de titres avec droit de vote ou de droits de vote dans la Société.

Enfin, le 23 juillet 2025, le pourcentage du total des droits de vote détenus par BlackRock Inc. a franchi à la baisse le seuil de 3%, à la suite de cessions de titres avec droit de vote ou de droits de vote dans la Société, et le 24 juillet 2025, ce pourcentage est repassé au-dessus du seuil de 3%, à la suite d'acquisitions de titres avec droit de vote ou de droits de vote dans la Société.
