CHANGE IN THE AMOUNT ALLOCATED TO THE LIQUIDITY CONTRACT WITH KEPLER CHEUVREUX

Paris, 25 July 2025

Under a contract dated 16 January 2025, Louis Hachette Group (ISIN: FR001400TL40) entrusted Kepler Cheuvreux with the implementation of a Liquidity Contract relating to its ordinary shares admitted to trading on the multilateral trading facility Euronext Growth Paris.

It should be noted that:

• on the date of signature of the Liquidity Contract, 16 January 2025, the available resources were 0 shares and five hundred thousand euros (€500,000);
• at the date of the last published half-yearly financial statements (as at 30 June 2025), the available resources were 100,921 shares and €384,177.73.

On 25 July 2025, in accordance with Article 4 of AMF Decision No. 2021-01 of 22 June 2021 renewing the introduction of liquidity contracts on equity securities as an accepted market practice, Louis Hachette Group increased the resources allocated to the liquidity contract by two million euros (€2,000,000).

The position, after adding these resources, as at 25 July 2025 is as follows:

• 133 030 Securities
• €2,335,675.53
