Saipem: Pubblicazione della documentazione relativa alla sollecitazione delle deleghe di voto
Milano, 25 luglio 2025 – Saipem S.p.A. (la "Società") informa che, con riferimento all'Assemblea Straordinaria dei Soci del 25 settembre 2025, sono disponibili presso la sede sociale, sul sito internet della Società (www.saipem.com | sezione "Governance" – "Assemblea degli azionisti"), presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket STORAGE" () e sul sito internet di Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it) i seguenti documenti: (i) l'avviso di sollecitazione delle deleghe di voto promossa dalla Società, (ii) il prospetto informativo di sollecitazione delle deleghe di voto e (iii) il modulo per la sollecitazione delle deleghe di voto.

Milan, July 25, 2025 – With reference to the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of September 25,2025 Saipem S.p.A. ("Company") informs that the following documents are available at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website (www.saipem.com | Section "Governance" – "Shareholders' Meeting"), at the authorized "eMarket STORAGE" system () and on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it): (i) the notice of solicitation for proxy voting issued by the Company, (ii) the prospectus for solicitation of proxy voting and (iii) the proxy solicitation form.
