Pursuant to Article 133, paragraph 1 of the Rules of the Stock Exchange, ING-GRAD Jsc. (hereinafter: the Company), with its registered office in Zagreb, Kalinovica 3/IV, OIB: 93245284305, hereby announces that on 30 July 2025, meetings of the Management Board and of the Supervisory Board of the Company shall be held to discuss:
