The following announcement replaces RNS 2722S released on 23 July 2025 at 13:43. The Company has been supplied with an updated TR-1: Standard form for notification of major holdings. Section 9 was amended to reflect the chain of control of Menora Mivtachim Holdings Ltd., including its controlled undertakings, and an ISIN code was added in section 8A. All other information remains unchanged.
