There has been a Corporate Reorganisation on December 15, 2016 whereby Lorito and Zebra as joint actors have transferred their holdings in Lundin Petroleum AB to Nemesia S.à.r.l. which consolidates the ownership i one Corporate entity. Pursuant to the terms of the reorganisation, Lorito and Zebra received Class B shares of Nemesia representing 100% of the outstanding Class B shares of Nemesia.
