Saipem: Pubblicazione della relazione dell'esperto indipendente
Milano, 24 luglio 2025 – Saipem S.p.A. (la "Società") informa che è disponibile presso la sede sociale, sul sito internet della Società (www.saipem.com | sezione "Governance" – "Assemblea degli azionisti"), presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket STORAGE" () e sul sito internet di Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it) la relazione dell'esperto indipendente redatta ai sensi dell'art. 2501-sexies del Codice Civile e dell'art. 22 del D.Lgs. n. 19/2023.
L'ulteriore documentazione relativa all'Assemblea Straordinaria dei Soci sarà messa a disposizione del pubblico entro i termini di legge, sul sito internet della Società (www.saipem.com | Sezione "Governance" - "Assemblea degli azionisti"), presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket STORAGE" () e sul sito internet di Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("Company") informs that the independent expert's report prepared pursuant to Article 2501-sexies of the Italian Civil Code and Article 22 of Legislative Decree no. 19/2023 is available at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website (www.saipem.com | Section "Governance" – "Shareholders' Meeting"), at the authorized "eMarket STORAGE" system () and on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it).
