Pursuant to Article 17 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and Article 29.º-Q of the Portuguese Securities Code, within the process described in the press release dated of 20 june 2025, in the context of the potential sale process of the building which is the statutory seat of IMPRESA – Sociedade Gestora de Participações Sociais, S.A. (IMPRESA"), as well as of other group companies (Edifício Impresa, at Rua Calvet de Magalhães, 242, Paço de Arcos), IMPRESA informs that considering the parties did not reach a final agreement of the conditions of the transaction, it will not be completed.
