Report Content Registration of the change to the Statutes

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ("PGE", the"Company") informs that on July 24, 2025 the decision on the entry of anamendment to the Company's Statutes to the Register of the Entrepreneursof the National Court Register was delivered to the Company. TheDistrict Court Lublin East in Lublin with its seat in Świdnik, 6thCommercial Division of National Court Register registered the change tothe Company's Statutes on July 17, 2025, on the ground of resolution no.10 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company of June 27, 2025.

The Management Board of PGE informs that the change consists of givingnew wording to § 18 (1) (4) of the Company's Statutes, i.e.:

"selecting an audit firm responsible for auditing or reviewing theCompany's separate financial statements and the Capital Group'sconsolidated financial statements, and selecting of an audit firm toattest sustainability reporting, if applicable,".

The Company attaches to this report the consolidated text of theStatutes which includes the above amendment.

Legal ground: § 5 point 1 and § 6 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance dated June 6, 2025 on current and periodic information publishedby issuers of securities and on conditions under which such informationmay be recognized as being equivalent to information required by theregulations of law of a state which is not a member state (DziennikUstaw of 2025, item 755).
