Daniel Peltonen new head of business area Iggesund Paperboard

Daniel Peltonen has been appointed the new head of business area Iggesund Paperboard. He will take up the post on 1 April 2017.

Daniel Peltonen is currently mill manager at Hallsta Paper Mill, which is part of the Holmen Group. Over his long career at Holmen, he has also worked at the mill in Madrid and at Braviken Paper Mill. Daniel Peltonen has a Master of Science degree in Technology from Åbo Akademi University and is 45 years old.

"Daniel has built up extensive experience within Holmen. In his various positions, he has successfully run major projects and developed Hallsta Paper Mill into an efficient and profitable mill. I have no doubt that, with his experience and great leadership qualities, Daniel will contribute to the continued advancement of the business area and be an excellent addition to Holmen's management team," comments Holmen's President and CEO Henrik Sjölund.

The head of the Iggesund Paperboard business area is part of Group management and reports to Holmen's President and CEO.

Johan Abrahamsson, currently head of operations at Hallsta Paper Mill, will take over as mill manager.
