The Company is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions were passed, with the poll results as follows:

The Board notes the votes in relation to Resolutions 4, regarding extending the existing authority for the allotment of relevant securities by one year from 31 December 2025 to 31 December 2026 under the same terms previously approved at the 2024 AGM. The Board considers the flexibility afforded by these authorities to be in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders. That said, the Board will seek to engage with shareholders as required under the QCA Corporate Governance Code, with a view to further considering its approach on this matter.
