Lesjöfors to acquire spring company Spiros AB

Beijer Alma's subsidiary Lesjöfors AB is currently acquiring the operations of the spring manufacturer Spiros AB. The company's production operations will be transferred to Lesjöfors's subsidiary Spiralspecialisten AB in Tyresö and are expected to contribute approximately MSEK 7 in invoicing annually.
