New number of shares and votes in Serneke

Following the exchange of convertibles in Serneke Group AB ("Serneke"), the number of shares increased by 464,600 Series B shares and the number of votes by 46,460 during March 2017.

As per 31 March 2017, the total number of shares in Serneke amounts to 23,241,952, of which 5,360,000 are Series A shares and 17,881,952 are Series B shares. The total number of votes in Serneke amounts to 7,148,195.2. Following the increase, the share capital amounts to SEK 2,324,195.20.
