Jill Smith to leave Hexagon's board in connection with the Annual General Meeting

Jill Smith has announced that she will not stand for re-election to Hexagon AB's Board of Directors at the AGM in May 2017.

Jill Smith previously intended to stand for re-election but her role as acting CEO of Allied Minds, a role she recently assumed, limits her capacity for external directorships.

Jill Smith has been a director of Hexagon since 2013.
