CFO to leave Serneke Group AB

Serneke Group AB (publ) announced today that Camilla Heyman has decided to step down from her position as CFO. Camilla Heyman has been a member of Serneke's group management team. She will retain her responsibilities as CFO of Serneke until she leaves the position in September 2017.

"Camilla have contributed greatly to strengthening the company's financial control through wellfunctioning processes, primarily in accounting, monitoring and reporting. Camilla also made a significant contribution in preparation for, and during, the listing of the company in 2016. I wish to express my gratitude and appreciation to Camilla for her efforts, and the impact she has had on the company while, naturally, I also wish her well in her future endeavors," says Ola Serneke, President and CEO.

The company will now be initiating the recruitment of a CFO with the capacity to be involved in developing the company with increased focus in the areas of finance and the capital market, which is seen as the natural next step in the Group's development toward continued profitable growth.
