Bure's holding of shares in Cavotec SA

Bure Equity AB (publ) has acquired 500,000 shares in Cavotec SA and thereafter holds 20.1 per cent of the capital and the votes.

Cavotec SA is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Bure's holding of shares in Cavotec consists of 15,759,837 shares which is equivalent to 20.1 per cent of the total number of shares and votes in the company.
