The environmental permit application for project Kölvallen has been denied

Since previously Arise has made public its intention to divest project Kölvallen during 2017. Unfortunately, the Land and Environment Court of Appeal has today notified that the environmental permit application has been denied given the project's current prerequisites. This means that the project cannot be divested during 2017. Instead a new permitting process needs to be initiated according to the court. Arise plans to initiate such a process. However, at this stage Arise cannot provide any guidance whether a permit eventually will be granted or if so when.
