Bure divests its holding in Catella AB

Bure Equity AB (publ) has, through its wholly owned subsidiary Bure Financial Services AB, divested 341.271 A-shares and 8.430.617 B shares in Catella AB. After the transaction Bure Equity AB (publ) does not own any shares in Catella AB.

Catella AB is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
