The following supplementary prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority on 21 July 2025 and is available for viewing:

The supplementary prospectus dated 21 July 2025 (the "Supplement") relating to the  £5,000,000,000 Covered Bond Programme (the "Programme") established by  Paragon Bank PLC as the issuer.

The Supplement incorporates by reference the unaudited half-year financial statements, for the six months ended 31 March 2025, of Paragon Banking Group PLC, and should be read and construed in conjunction with the base prospectus dated 24 February 2025 (the "Prospectus").
