On July 23, 2025, DEUTSCHE TELEKOM AG (DTAG), with registered office in Bonn, Germany, notified OTE S.A. that on July 22, 2025, its participation in the share capital of OTE S.A. and the corresponding voting rights reached 54.62% up from last notification of 50.86% (or 220,567,676 shares with the corresponding voting rights).

The announcement is issued as a Regulated Information, in accordance with Law 3556/2007, [article 3, par. 1 (p) and article 21].
