Flaggningsanmälan har gjorts med anledning av att Demban AB:s respektive Ackelsta AB:s andel av det totala antalet aktier respektive röster i BioArctic AB har minskat till följd av genomförandet av erbjudandet i samband med BioArctics börsnotering. Erbjudandet bestod dels av en nyemission, dels av en försäljning av befintliga aktier från ett begränsat antal aktieägare (däribland Ackelsta AB och Demban AB).
