eXyond signs a contract worth almost Euro 100,000 with a truck company from Campania for geolocalisation and data analysis services in the intermodal logistics sector

Milan, July 23, 2025

Circle S.p.A. ("CIRCLE" or the "Company") - an Innovative SME listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, heading the Group specialized in the process analysis and the development of solutions for the digitalization of the port and intermodal logistics sectors, as well as in the international consultancy on Green Deal and energy transition topics – announces that eXyond, a subsidiary of Circle Group, has signed an important contract with a company from Campania, already a long-term customer, for the extension of telematics and geolocalisation services. The contract, worth a total of almost Eur 100,000, provides for the extension of geolocation services on the consortium's vehicles, which will include 140 satellite tractors and 210 semi-trailers.

The 36-month contract enables the implementation of data integration services with TMS platforms, a key step in improving the efficiency and traceability of logistics operations. In addition, crucial issues such as fuel consumption and advanced diagnostics have been taken into account, with plans to activate new services on tractors to further monitor and optimise operations.
