NUMBER OF SHARES AND VOTES IN MEDICOVER

The number of votes in Medicover AB (publ) ("Medicover") has changed as a result of conversions of in total 31,110 class A shares into class B shares carried out in November following requests from shareholders in accordance with the conversion clause in Medicover's articles of association.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are in total 133,335,195 shares in Medicover, of which 81,348,161 are class A shares, together carrying 81,348,161 votes, and 51,987,034 are class B shares, together carrying 5,198,703.4 votes. The total number of votes in Medicover is 86,546,864.4.
