Joachim Berner new chairman of the board of Eniro

Eniro's Board of Directors has today decided to appoint Joachim Berner as new Chairman of the Board in connection with Björn Björnsson, who, according to previous press release, expressed his wish to resign from the Board, resigns from the Board as of today. Joachim Berner also hereby enters Eniro's Nomination Committee as chairman of the board.

Eniro's Board of Directors will, up to the Annual General Meeting 2018, consist of Joachim Berner, Chairman, Ola Salmén, Örjan Frid (CEO) and Katarina Emilsson (Employee Member).
