Systemair acquires sales company in Switzerland

Systemair AB (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm: SYSR) has acquired Syneco GmbH in Switzerland, a distributor for Menerga products.

Syneco GmbH which markets and provides service for Menerga products achieved a turnover of SEK 50 million in 2017 and currently has 16 employees. The sales company which is located in Solothurn is focused on the French/Italian part of the market in Switzerland. Syneco will be merged with Menerga Switzerland after the acquisition.
