Dometic appoints new Head of Group HR

Dometic today announces that the Company has appointed Silke Ernst as new Head of Group HR.

Silke Ernst will as of August 28 join Dometic from Mycronic where she currently holds the position as Senior VP Human Resources. She succeeds Liselotte Bergmark, who leaves the Group for another external assignment.

Silke Ernst, brings 17 years' experience from various Human Resources roles where she previous to Mycronic has been managing HR functions in different units of Vattenfall.

She brings valuable experience from a growing organization as well as a very strong track record as a leader in a technology driven industry.
