Argentex Group PLC (AIM: AGFX) announces that Tim Rudman Interim Chief Executive Office resigned and left the board on Monday 21 July 2025.

The Board reconfirms that it has resolved to appoint administrators to the Company and certain other subsidiaries in the group and will make further announcements in due course.
