Fagerhult slutför förvärvet av Veko Lightsystems International B.V.

Fagerhult har slutfört förvarvet av Veko Lightsystems International B.V. efter godkännande av berörda myndigheter. Förvärvet kommer att ha en positiv påverkan på resultatet per aktie under 2018 och framledes.
