Johan Sjö proposed as new Chairman of the Board of Bergman & Beving AB

Bergman & Beving's Nomination Committee proposes Johan Sjö as new Chairman of the Board of Bergman & Beving. Johan Sjö already serves as a Board member of Bergman & Beving. Johan Sjö is also retiring CEO and President of Addtech AB, a Board member of Addtech AB and Chairman of the Board of Addlife AB and OptiGroup AB.

The current Chairman of the Board of Bergman & Beving, Anders Börjesson, has announced that he is only available for re-election as regular Board member.

The Nomination Committee proposes re-election of all Board members: Anders Börjesson, Roger Bergqvist, Henrik Hedelius, Malin Nordesjö, Johan Sjö and Louise Undén. Proposed new election as stated above of Johan Sjö as Chairman of the Board.

The Nomination Committee's additional proposals will be published in conjunction with the notice of the Annual General Meeting 2018.

The Bergman & Beving Nomination Committee for the 2018 Annual General Meeting consists of Anders Börjesson, Tom Hedelius, Marianne Flink (appointed by Swedbank Robur Fonder), Per Trygg (appointed by SEB Fonder) and Stefan Nilsson (appointed by Ha Handelsbankens Pensionskassa och Pensionsstiftelse).
