As a result of the share split (3:1) that was approved by the annual general meeting having been completed, the number of shares in Nederman has increased by 23,430,680. As per 31 May 2018, the total number of shares and votes in the company amounts to 35,146,020.
The share capital of SEK 1,171,534 remains unchanged and the par value of the share is changed from SEK 0.1 to SEK 0.03.
