There has been an internal reorganization of Family holdings on September 28, 2018 whereby Landor Participations Inc has transferred its holdings in Lundin Petroleum AB to Nemesia S.à.r.l. which consolidates the ownership in one Corporate entity. pursuant to the terms of the reorganisation, Landor Participations Inc. received Class D shares of Nemesia representing 100 % of the outstanding Class D shares of Nemesia.
