Resignation of Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker

Eneraqua Technologies plc ("Eneraqua Technologies " or the "Company") announces that Panmure Liberum Limited ("Panmure Liberum") has resigned with immediate effect as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker under the terms and conditions of its Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker Agreement.

Accordingly, the Company's ordinary shares will remain suspended from trading on AIM, inter alia, pursuant to AIM Rule 1, pending the appointment of a replacement nominated adviser.

If the Company fails to appoint a replacement nominated adviser within one month of today's date, admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
