PRESS RELEASE Halmstad 19 March, 2019
On 15 March 2019 an amendment request letter was sent by Arise AB ("Arise" or the "Issuer") to Nordic Trustee & Agency AB (publ) (the "Agent") regarding the request for certain amendments to be made to the Terms and Conditions. The Issuer and the Agent (acting on behalf of the Noteholders) have agreed to implement the amendments as the Agent is satisfied that such amendment is not detrimental to the interest of the Noteholders as a group.
The amendments stipulate that in Clause 13.1.2 (c) and (d) certain repayments to the Issuer can be made through dividends or group contributions, where the text "or group contributions" now have been included.
The underlying reason for amending clause 13.1.2 (c) and (d) of the Terms and Conditions in accordance with the above is to clarify the wording of the current clause and to, in turn, facilitate the administrative handling of the Issuer.
