Endomines' Annual General Meeting postponed – new date is 3 June 2019

The shareholders in Endomines AB (publ) are hereby notified that the planned Annual General Meeting to be held on 9 May 2019 is postponed giving the Board and Nomination Committee more time to prepare their proposals to the Annual General Meeting. The new date for the Annual General Meeting will be Monday 3 June 2019.

The publication of the Annual Report on 16 April 2019 has also been postponed and the Annual Report will now be published on Monday 29 April 2019.
