Group restructuring. Adamra Foundation ("Adamra") is the ultimate shareholder of Tetra Laval International S.A. Tetra Laval International SA has on 18 July 2019 acquired Tetra Laval BV's entire shareholding and voting rights in Alfa Laval AB. Adamra's indirect shareholding therefore amounts to 122,037,736 shares and votes in Alfa Laval, representing 29.09427 per cent of the total number of shares and voting rights in Alfa Laval and, as a result, Adamra has indirect shareholdings exceeding 25 per cent of the total number of shares and voting rights in Alfa Laval (see the above chain of controlling companies). Tetra Laval B.V. no longer holds (directly or indirectly) any shares or voting rights in Alfa Laval and, as a result, Tetra Laval B.V.'s shareholding has fallen below the 5 per cent threshold of the total number of shares and voting rights in Alfa Laval.
