NUMBER OF SHARES AND VOTES IN MEDICOVER

The number of votes in Medicover AB (publ) ("Medicover") has changed as a result of conversions of in total 25,000 class A shares into class B shares carried out in December following requests from shareholders in accordance with the conversion clause in Medicover's articles of association.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are in total 135,735,195 shares in Medicover, of which 78,771,431 are class A shares, together carrying 78,771,431 votes, 54,563,764 are class B shares, together carrying 5,456,376.4 votes and 2,400,000 are class C shares, together carrying 240,000 votes. The total number of votes in Medicover is 84,467,807.4.
