Endomines changes liquidity provider to Lago Kapital

Endomines Ab (publ) has terminated its existing liquidity provider agreements with Erik Penser Bank. The liquidity provider service according to the existing agreement with Erik Penser Bank ends on 28.2.2020. The liquidity provider service according to the new agreements with Lago Kapital Oy will be effective starting 2.3.2020. Lago Kapital Oy will provide liquidity for both markets according to Nasdaq Stockholm and Nasdaq Helsinki rules set-out for liquidity providing. The intention is to promote liquidity in the share on both markets. The spread of the bid and offer prices is a maximum of 4 per cent calculated on the bid price. The quotes on bid and offer must be at least 30.000 SEK / 3.000 EUR worth of shares.

Liquidity Providing in accordance with the agreement will commence on 2.3.2020. The agreement will be in force initially for a fixed term of three (3) months and thereafter until further notice with a notice period of one (1) calendar month.
